Through Sugarleaf’s established federal protections, affirmed by landmark cases like Gonzales v. O Centro Espírita Beneficente União do Vegetal (2006) and Church of the Holy Light of the Queen v. Mukasey (2009) our members are ensured the right to worship and heal through sacred plant and fungi sacraments. With over 29 successful RFRA defenses led by Reverend Heidi Lepp and attorney Joseph M. Tully, Sugarleaf Church stands as a proven legal and spiritual covering, allowing Friendly Fellowship and its members to safely practice their faith with full constitutional protection.
